Ruby Beach Senior Session // Lexi - Class of 2021 // Olympic National Park

Seniors are becoming more and more my favorite photo session to shoot! It's such a joy to be a part of capturing a huge milestone in their lives and getting to create and commemorate this exciting time with an epic photo session. I’m telling you wow this Senior session with Lexi did not disappoint!! Everything about this evening was perfection, the golden light, epic location and adorable outfits! I am still obsessing over it! Lexi was so amazing to work with and honestly it felt like we had been friends forever just adventuring around the beach taking pictures. It was so easy going and fun talking about the future and her time on the Olympic Peninsula.

Lexi and her mom flew in all the way from Oklahoma for her senior session at Ruby Beach. They have visited the Olympic National Park in the past but never Ruby Beach. Lexi loves coming here and seeing all the large trees and forested areas. I really love how Lexi discribes the Olympic National Park. She mentioned that the rain and the trees combined make it really relaxing and even dream-like. After High School Lexi plans on going to college in Oklahoma. Once she has completed her Freshman year of College she plans on studying abroad in South Korea. How exciting is that!! Lexi plans on exploring South Korea as well as other countries along with making new friends all over the globe. Lexi loves to watch and listen to sermons from Life Church, listen to music, sit outside on her swing, hangout with family and friends, journal, and watch her favorite tv shows.

I asked Lexi, What tip would you give a Senior getting ready for their photo session?

"A tip I would give to a Senior who is getting ready for their photo session is to smile. It sounds basic, but I mean actually smile. Have fun with it? It shows on your face if you’re not actually having fun and enjoying yourself. Try to play around, don’t be afraid to get messy, and just go for it. There’s only one you so do it how only you can do it and be yourself."

I loved this answer! This is such a true statement! I want my Seniors to feel comfortable in front of the camera and really enjoy every minute! Lots of laughs and smiles make all the difference. I love to have fun with my Seniors so that they feel like they are hanging out with a friend during their shoot. I love to chat about their future plans and dreams, adventure around their chosen location and make them feel beautiful and special!

Lexi you are absolutely stunning and the sweetest person! I am so excited to share more of your pictures!
